Exactly. 50% off the sale price and we can talk…

Though, to be fair this has slightly better composite leather, but arguably worse if you're going to use it outdoor at all…

    • The 6 and 7's of those are available again at those listed prices.

  • i have a ball. perhaps you'd like to bounce it

Worst balls ever. I bought the BG5000 ($250) thinking it would be a massive improvement on my old GF7X($80).. I’ve never had a basketball that no one wants to play with the way people dislike the BG series. Myself included.

Try the HART basketballs from queensland. Amazing ball $80.

    • I still have an aging GL7 and a pristine TF1000.

Haven't played basketball in over half a decade though, wanting to get back into league one day. Do you think the BG3800 at $53 would suffice? Or would the HART be a better daily/trainer? Also wondering if you know if they have any sales often? TIA.

      • HART, don’t know about sales but they are well priced. Genuinely, they have probably one of the best balls to play with. Balls gets picked up by all the guys and preferred over the evolutions and molten every time no contest.
The 3800 is not a great ball. Slippery. Weighting is strange (feel it on rotation) - again, just a cheaply made ball.
On the HART range there is a $80 and a $50. Both are amazing. Honestly other than the colour the more expensive one has deeper grooves… very similar otherwise. For me I would get the $80 one but the $50 is as good or better than most $100 balls anyway.

        • Thanks for the reply!

I can't lie, the GL7 was terrible to use. Noone else liked it aswell, it was super slippery and the grooves were non-existant. I've always loved my TF1000's though, amazing ball, deep grooves, soft leather feel. I might give the $80 HART a try, thanks again! 😁

I wish I could find a gf7x available for sale anywhere still. Those things were sooooo much better than any of the bg series ever have been.
