I used to be able to access the JB Business/Commercial (is there a difference?) site via Rest Super Rewards, but I can't seem to find the option to enter at the Rest site or app. Has this privilege been revoked? Anything similar available?

I had no idea that JB owns TGG. It looks like TGGC has indeed superseded JB Commercial.
I'm pretty sure JB commercial no longer exists?
