    Dont waste your time with Dodgy Deals Direct. Poor service, no refunds, they can't even get their information to line up with what payment I have made. Go elsewhere.

      I can't agree MORE!

      It is very hard to do replacement and refund with them if your products have quality problems, they will try to make it as difficult and complicated as possible.

      They are really trash, I would never go to their website.

    Guess I have to decide for myself since I already ordered. Some people never needed to contact their support and has had great experience on delivery times. I hope that I can be part of that group for just this one time!

    PM me if anyone wants to know how much time i have wasted with this Dodgy company. Have also lodged a claim with Fair Trading. Purchased from them once and then thought they may have picked up their Act..i was wrong!

    Well i bought from them during the 30% off deal and i have to say it was a smooth transaction with fast delivery.

    Also picked up a samsung 750D series monitor at the time and have to say its fantastic.

    So imo a good company to deal with .

    The no refund policy and no order cancellation policy is a bit draconian, but their service is OK.

    Still, buyer beware — read the terms and conditions very carefully before you buy.

    I've bought a variety of things from them over the years. The odd problem has been sorted out to my satisfaction.

    Bought 2 perfumes form them both turned out to be fakes. Impossible to deal with the reps as they are borderline retarded. AVOID deals direct at all costs

    Once there have item out of stock that you ordered all they will do just shipped the one in stock and refund back to you later.

    Very dodgy and poor customer service.
