Bought this as a gift for my wife the end of December. Everything worked great until this past week it just stopped connecting to her computer (she uses it as a second display for work). We troubleshot all problems, restarted, tried connecting it to different computers, but nothing worked. It turns on, then goes black. Wish there was a way to exchange it, or there was a contact number for the company tech support. Edit: After leaving this review, I was contacted by the company's customer support. Once I submitted video proving that the monitor stopped working (it turns on but then shows "no signal"), they. offered help to solve the issue. When none of that worked, they offered to replace the monitor for free as soon as I changed this review to a positive one. So assuming they make good on that promise once I post this, I will be very satisfied with how they resolved the issue and can give their customer service 5 ⭐️ .
Some of the reviews sound like sales pitches. Was going to make one but at this price a finished product would be neater and only slightly more expensive. But the reviews… Suss

At first I thought - why need a portable screen when there are laptops. Then I thought some more - so many applications. Travel, taking a console on holiday, caravanning etc
The negative reviews are telling - so many "it stopped working after n amount of time". the positive reviews, who really knows

I still went for the MNN one. The ZSUS one is tempting, but I couldn't find any info or reviews on it whatsoever. With the MNN, there seems to be at least a few legit reviews that are very positive. I also think 144hz isn't necessary for my use as a Steam Deck screen.
