I find, more often than not, bonus points aren't credited….and it's impossible to chase up furtherYeah common to not be credited, but I've always managed to get them credited after but they ask a lot of details.
Mine weren't credited even from a single unlocked bonus points offer (1000 points) combined with the 20% off (tried stacking a while ago and didn't work, Macca's told me only one bonus points offer could be redeemed at once, so I still should've received the points this time). Might have to chase them up again.

I got 2 small Big Mac meals for $8, and added a $2 custard pie, plus unlocked spend $5 or 1000 points and spend $10 for 500 points offers.
I picked up 2500 points from that one order, which is enough for a large coffee.

Glad more than 1 phone isn't needed, with all the stuff I do, I'd need like 50 of the bloody things, then again Boost can help with that.
I use a dupe app on Android (works good for redeeming 2 offers at once).
