You get a very flimsy looking easel, acrylic paint, brushes, canvases, palette and knives. Looks like a good introduction to a new hobby for a touch over $20. Canadian reviewers seem to think they got a good deal for $40.

A $50 kit was posted a month ago, and another one as well. This seems to have fewer inclusions, but probably the ones you need to start out.

And it's just over $20.

  I tried a similar set once and it took a lot more skill and patience than I thought it would. Especially running colours were a problem for me.
