I don't think OP's relo plans to use it in the airport…
I dont think a router is country specific.
The trouble is that many who post here use term "router" for all sorts of things that are more than a router.
If this particular device includes a dsl modem or has wifi, there may well be country-specific settings, or perhaps firmware for specific countries.

Search the tp-link support page in OZ and the EU country you are going to and see if the firmware versions are 100% exactly the same name and version. If they are then good, otherwise ask TP-link
I don't think there's a country selection in the firmware for TP-Link, so you'd be risking pissing off some airport or weather service person by accidentally straying into their otherwise unoccupied bands that they were using for their radars.
