As title says. I think this is the cheapest I have ever seen it on Amazon. These are pretty handy to use in a Nintendo Switch.

Those are better spec'd as well being U3 instead of U1
$134 directly from seller
https://www.veloreo.com.au/products/sandisk-ultra-microsdxc-…I currently have a 1tb extreme in the post (tracked) from these guys. Purchased it from their Catch store as I had a $15 promo code.
Just like the OP suggested, I'm throwing this in a switch once it arrives. I do need some help though with filling it with content, anyone here modded their switch care to help a newbie get started?1TB on my RBP4 is a dream
With the pitiful write performance of a U1 card i'm guessing the RBP4 will be extremely slow.
Going to keep waiting for prices to keep falling.

Anyhow, from my (mis)understanding, isn't a U3 is the better specced as opposed to U1, etc.?
U3 is capable of running in 4K video recording devices such as Gopro etc. U3 is 4K certified and as such was designed for it. U1 is not fast enough to record at 4K so it's pretty much useless for that. Actually pretty much useless at any thing much these days. You need a U3 card these days. So that counts out the Sandisk Ultra card as it's only U1 rated which is really old and slow.
So don't get this if you intend to use it for recording in a 4K video recording device as it won't do it. Actually i couldn't even use this pitiful U1 rated card in my smartphone as it does 4K video recording and not to mention the high resolution photography would be extremely slow at writing the photos.
So basically i just hope no one has ordered this card with the intent to use it in their 4K video recording device as they'll be sorely disappointed and wasted their money. If your smartphone does 4K video record and also high resolution photography (which pretty much includes all smartphones made within the past few years) then forget about this. It's not rated for those smartphones.
I picked up the 512gb version from Ebay for about $15. I know it's not the same capacity but you can get 2 for $30.
That seems extremely cheap, are you sure that price is correct
Yep i bet he/she accidentally purchased a counterfeit Sandisk Ultra micro SD card. There's no way for $15 that it isn't counterfeit. Ebay is completely rife with counterfeit SD cards.
It will claim to be 512GB but it's actually a hacked say 16GB SD card (or some other small sized card) instead made to appear to the Operating System as a 512GB SD card. And as soon as you write so much data to the card it will suddenly fail with data loss and completely cark it. It's absolutely rubbish.
I can't believe this price. This is only the Ultra version, it's not even the Extreme version (which is the one which is 4K compliant being U3 rated). And you can get better deals from other brands that are faster. Pfft the Sandisk Ultra pitiful U1 rating. U1 means that it's not rated for 4K because the write performance is too slow. This in my opinion is a bad deal.
Even this card is U3 rated and cheaper but it's from overseas.

And this Lexar card is U3 rated, cheaper and also Switch compatible but also from overseas.
