Axminster is a cheap source for quality torx screws, which are currently on special as well. Once you've tried torx, you never go back to phillips. I added $50 worth of screws to bring my total to >$120, in order to qualify for free shipping (used to have to spend >$200 for free shipping).
It looks a bit plane to me.

You'd be better off buying a vintage Stanley for similar money. A tuned up old Stanley will outperform anything new unless you're dropping big bucks on Veritas or Lie-Nielsen
