It's been a while since there's been a 14" portable monitor deal and this one should be good since it's offering higher brightness at 400cd/m², while many others are often <350cd/m². At this size it can easily fit into a bag making it a good option for use with your laptop, Switch or Steam Deck on the go.

Featuring an 14" IPS display with 1920x1080 resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 100% sRGb colour gamut, HDR, 178° wide viewing angle, VESA mounting, dual speakers and an inbuilt fold out stand.

There's two USB-C ports for display/power and power input, PD passthrough charging, Mini HDMI and a headphone jack. A magnetic leather case, screen protector, Mini HDMI to HDMI cable, USB-A to USB-C cable, USB-C to USB-C cable and charger are included.

        Sia is actually JV?
        I knew it

    • Someone wants to use its reputation to sell yumcha variants

  • +5

I have this, it's not bad. You can plug in your power cord into this, then USB-C cable from portable monitor to laptop, and your laptop will charge

    • +5

      PD passthrough.

      • +1

        That's it!

    • +1

How thick is it and how big are the bezels in reality? Photos always seem to make it look sleeker than reality.

  • Codes exhausted.

    • +1

Have you used the code before? It's single use.

      • Hmmm. Maybe.

  • Is there any 2k monitors for sale around this price?

    • +30

Yes, just add 2,000 to cart and checkout.

      • +2

        Lol

    • FHD is technically 2K.

I am getting A$107+ GST delivered (Welcome deal) - haven't even applied any coupons

  • Any touch screen monitor deals?

    • Well considering the coupon only saves you 8 to $9, this would always be a deal. 14T We just sold out is the touch version. ~$240aud delivered

  • Will this mirror an iPhone screen via lightning to type-c cable?

    • Iphone doesnt support video out through only usb. You will need a Lightning to HDMI adapter

      • Thanks. Will a straight up lightning to hdmi cable work? Also does it provide enough power for this monitor or do you always have to connect another power source via the type c port?

Similarly can an Android phone say a Samsung Galaxy S23 power up the screen by just a single type c to c connection?

How about powering it with a powerbank? If so what is the minimum output required? 25W? 45W?

    mum can we have ASUS?
son, we already have ZSUS at home!

    • Reminds me of this meme. As we all know jv is infact a woman.

      • +1

haha nice, someone beat me to it then!

        • I made it in response. Full credit to you.

  • Thx OP. Got one. Pretty good price for a portable monitor.

  • Can it be used with Android phones?

    • If your phone already supports video out, i.e. Samsung Dex then it'll work fine.

      • I've got Pixel 7. Don't know if it supports video out

        • +1

They don't. You'd need to use something like a Chromecast to stream to the display.

  • What do you use for?

    • Since I travel frequently for work I can stick one of these in my bag and use it with a laptop in the go. Not a bad option for bigger screen with my Switch on the go too.

  • @Clear Realise it's kind of a crazy question but what would the top 3-5 differences between this and say that 18.5" monster you posted a week or 2 ago (which I actually purchased thank you). The specification variance between the models/makes kind of melts into one unclear picture for an old fella.

    • Obviously the other one has a larger 18.5" display, higher 120Hz refresh rate and built in kickstand. Brightness levels and colour gamut are never truly accurate so either could be the same or worse.

  • Is it worth waiting for 15.6" deal around the this price?
    Like https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/781322

    • Yeah another will always go on sale.

  • Will this work with a macbook air (13-inch early 2014)? Looking to get one

100% sRGb colour gamut - really?

  • +2

Wonder why tablets don't have HDMI input so they could be used like these,

  • I bought one of these last month..
Tbh not happy with it.. Screen is not bright enough even on the brightest setting and the sound is very faint/low even on full blast.
The stand is flimsy and it can easily fall down.

    Buyers regret.

    • Was it this exact one? It doesn't look that bad in the review images.

  • Does this have a study case/cover? Can i throw it into my laptop bag and sling it around?

    • +1

Yeah you get a magnetic case/stand that you can see in this pic from the reviews.

    • Packaging accessories:
      Magnetic suction Leather Case
      Screensaver Membrane
      Portable monitor
      HDMI cable
      Type-C cable
      USB cable
      Adapter

  • Can these be powered by powerbanks ? Thinking of using in plane trips.

    • Yep.

  • +1

Dumbass Lenovo and their crappy sub par NTSC42% - at least this display has 400nits @ 1920*1080 with a >NTSC72% all for <120$ :)

  • Hi can anyone recommend me a similar display but with at least 144hz ?

  • +1

Thanks Clear - pulled the trigger

  • Nice going pretend to be ASUS under Zsus

    • It comes with a Bible instead of warranty.

  • I really didn't need this

  • -1

Can you use this for Nintendo Switch? 🤔

    Thanks again Clear

  • Got one for AU$107.09 delivered with a new account in combination with the AU$4.65 off every AU$31.02 (max AU$9.3) thing going on right now

    • Is it good?

      • I ordered it the day I commented. So it's yet to arrive.

  • Got one, arrived today, fired it up and and theres a line of dead pixels down the left side of the screen. Luck of the draw I guess. Time to deal with the aliexpress return roulette wheel!

    • They'll probably offer partial refund.

      • $1 refund for each dead pixel?

    • Partial refund, $70. I can put up with some dead pixels for a sub $50 monitor!

I got mine today, menu is all in Chinese, seems to be a good monitor so far, screen quality is good.
I use Google Translate to read the Menu, I found the option to change Language to English, here is where you can change it to another Language like English etc..

I received mine. The stand/case is alright but not very sturdy or adjustable. Image quality is solid has quite a high amount of ghosting/motion blur (even compared to other 60 hz displays).

USB passthrough works great and it lets me charge even my Steam deck when the charger and Deck are bothes plugged into USB C. Surprisingly my Fold 2 is able to power the display without any external power.
