  From the eBay listing:

  Integrated, Retractable AC Plug

  Try and find that in a Google image search. All the pictures I can find show either fixed non-US plugs, or a retractable US plug. This may be a charger with a US plug, the eBay listing carefully avoids saying what type of plug it has.
