There are huge areas not included in "free shipping" as well - if you don't live metro, see if you can find the page listing all the areas not covered before signing up.

To be fair to Kogan, I forgot to cancel my membership about a month ago and contacted their customer service, and they refunded me the $99.
Yep same just a couple days ago for me. Laptop quit working on the day I had to cancel the membership and I swiped the reminder away on my phone. I wonder how this model works then if they just refund it. Maybe some people just don't ask?
When you have a faulty product, their customer service is no existent. Buyer beware is all I can say.
Perhaps I've been lucky as I've had great experiences from Kogan Customer Support.
When things have gone wrong - they've gone out of their way to resolving/fixing them.
I had a smartwatch die on me - Although they tried to suggest crediting my account, after requesting a full refund, they quickly sorted it out for me. I was actually impressed with how painless it was.

Get a no annual fee Kogan credit card and Kogan First is included. Also, apply when they are offering Kogan credit eg I got $500 credit for spending $2 or $3k within xx days quite some time ago.
