Had a situation a few months ago where the BOGOF promo code disappeared as the payment was processed on the website. Left two messages on their website and never heard back until I called and left a message. Was resolved quickly after that.

It really depends where you live and the individual store. Where I live now pizza hut absolute shits on Domino's but when I used to live in a different suburb in a different part of Melbourne sadly the Domino's made better pizzas.
My local accepts, literally no promo codes other than the ones they set which are like a dollar off for buying 3 pizzas and a garlic bread, or some other token offering amount.
Walked by recently and saw they had a sign in the window saying they accept competitors coupons, tried that and they didnt accept that either….
Wish they bring back edge crust.

It was dumb they got rid of it because it was super easy to make (speaking from experience), would make the pizza look way better and they charged way more than it cost to make.
