      Hi ab c!

Thanks for your kind advice in the above comment! And the sales team also talked to me regarding your email.

We really appreciate ur kind suggestions and definitely help us further improve our service!

Based on the policy of Microsoft Australia, as their official channel partner, we only allow to pre-install the system on a PC with a Windows license purchased.

Apologies for any inconvenience, but we have to follow the rule set by MS AU on the Windows Os Installation.

      Sincerely,
      BPC Team

  • Any chance for a deal on the nr200p in white?

    • Q58 build on the way:)

      • I really just need the case. But thanks for letting me know.. I currently am using the Silverstone rvz03 but CPU is thermal throttling. I want a better airflow itx case and one that can fit my current components. I've seen nr200p down to $69 so hoping for a repeat of those prices

  • Is it 6800 or 6800 XT?

    • +1

6800 .. but uses less power and is better power per watt vs 6800XT .. so its still good…. same memory and memory bus

      • Ok thanks.

  • +3

What is the model of the B550M PCIE4 motherboard upgrade?

    • Yes what is the model of the b550m

    • +1

I talked to the PM they told me should be Gigabyte B550M K :)

  • +1

5500 is too weak for this GPU. I am running same GPU with a Ryzen 7 5700x and it is a good combo.

    • Hey mate, i'm thinking of getting this with the 5700x. What's the frame rate like in 1440p games?

      • It crushes 1440p. I play on a 4K OLED and get smooth frame rates.

    • +2

Same here 5700X + 6800 .. Power for watt king combo

  • Hi BPC, any 'stock-clearance' of a RTX 3080Ti 12Gb system, or thereabouts ?
CPU: min. R7 5700X with upgrade option.
The same applies to other parts.
    Thanks SO much.

    • +1

I've never had any stuttering or frame drops in any games on either my RX6600XT and now my RX6800

      I do have a 5700X with 32gb's of 3600Mhz CL16 ram and a Samsung 980 Pro 1TB SSD on windows 10
Rebar on ( AMD Smart Access Memory )

My guess is that some people run these AMD cards in PCIe3.0 intel systems and come across these issues where the CPU doesn't keep up with the GPU

      A good gaming combo is a R5 7600 with RX6700XT 12GB card

Or intel 12400f/13400f with Nvidia 3060 12GB card if you wanna save some money but are OK with less performance.

  • +1

Good price, much better than 3060 ti, 3070 or 6700xt system for 1440p or even very entry 4k gaming system. I will probably upgrade 5600 for $69 (one of the best budget GPU last gen), B550 motherboard $29 and 32gb RAM (if they are also 3200 cl16)

  • +2

But wait, there's more! More Grand Opening Promotions will launch next week.

So, should we wait or pull the trigger..??

    • @BPC Technology
Yea I wana know too as I am interested in getting a new PC.

    • What's the opening promotion? Any update on this yet?

  • +1

Still waiting to hear back from BPC after receiving my PC with the second hard drive showing in the bios but not being recognised in Windows. One of the front USBs not working too. Support checked my computer out with Anydesk two weeks ago and couldn't figure it out. Heard nothing since. Haven't responded to my email.

    • did you create a partition and format it in disk management?

      • Only 1 hard drive shows in disk management unfortunately

    • Hi heal,

Apologies again for missing your email.

As I mentioned in the chat, we have managed to have the support manager himself look into your case directly,

He will contact you by email.

But if there is anything I can help you with, please don't hesitate to reach out!

      Sincerely,
      BPC Team

  • Waiting for the AM5 build

  • 6700xt is selling just below $500, 6800 16gb alone worth $600 alone. I will upgrade 5600, b550 m/b and 32gb ram though.

  • +1

Hmm not the best reviews… Will wait for the next nebulapc deal

  • +1

A lot of negative feedback from people who ordered in the past, need to lift your game BPC.

    • +1

I have ordered in the past from them and was very happy, especially when the laptop had a problem. I'm currently having dramas with my new PC and hopefully they will sort it out soon. A good reputation is easy to lose and hard to win back. I will update this post with how things are going as I think it's important for prospective buyers to know how other customers have fared.

  • +2

With the double your hd promotion if we upgrade the hd to a 1tb high speed will we get a 2tb high speed? Thinking about purchasing and this will sway my opinion

    • +1

SSD promotion for base specs only… Mentioned under T&C on homepage

    • +1

      Hi!

The double SSD rule applies to the upgrade option as well, but not work on Extra Storage Options!

Let's say if you upgrade ur SSD to 2TB SSD, then we will double it to 4TB!

But if you choose an extra 1 TB SSD, then we will still double the SSD list on the base specs.

      Cheers,
      BPC Team

  • Seems to be a lot of delivery issues to raise concerns. Are there any ready built systems in store where I can see what I'm purchasing in person and pay on pick up?

  • +1

What is the dispatch/delivery time on this one? (Sydney CBD)

  • @BPC tech is the ax wifi upgrade a wifi card or a usb stick? Thanks.

    • Hi!

It will be Pcie Wifi Card!

      Cheers,
      BPC Team

For anyone serious about this deal, MSI B450M-A PRO MAX is trash tier and one of MSI's worst AM4 boards

3 phase VRM plus no VRM cooling means if you are planning to upgrade to a 5800X3D later on, get ready for overheating and throttling

The +$29 upgrade to B550M + PCI Gen 4 is mandatory but "model may vary" is suspect

Get BPC to confirm the mobo model because at the upgrade price point, the only decent board is the ASRock B550M Pro4

The ASRock B550M-HDV, Gigabyte B550M K and Asus PRIME B550M-K are not upgrades

And for pricing generally, the deal only stacks up right now due to BPC getting early clearance pricing on the 6800 from ASRock

In the lead up to the 7800 and 7700 being announced next month, expect deals on all other remaining 6800 and 6800 XT cards

    • -1

Rep has confirmed the upgrade mobo is the Gigabyte B550M K

4+2 phase VRM plus no VRM cooling so board will overheat and throttle with 105W CPU's like the 5800X3D

      • I am thinking of buying this and just upgrading mobo myself and afterwards try to sell the b450 mobo for a 50.

    • @ChatGPT: would a low-tier B550M mobo handle R5 5700X pair 6800: with good airflows, mesh-front panel, 30°C room temp, gaming @ 1440P Ultra, factory defaults (no OC) & 3-4 yrs system life ?

      • +1

For the Gigabyte B550M K, the 65W 5700X is OK

Pick up some cheap thermal pads and VRM heat sink from AliExpress if you want to be safe

    • Owners of 6800 or 6800XT: pls share your 'frame-drop or stuttering experience', if any.
A detailed response is appreciated as gamers can give weight to your comments.
If I believe everything I read, would I ask this questions ?
FYI, I am help a friend to select a gaming-PC & he is considering GPU performance around the above GPUs & is open to AMD.
      Thanks SO much.

      • +1

I've got a 6800XT and a 7700x and it works great. No stuttering and i can game at 4k

  • so to buy or not to buy?
    good deal, bad BPC reviews

    • You can't really go wrong, I'd upgrade the CPU, cooler, motherboard and RAM though. I'll give BPC the benefit of the doubt now that they're settled in to their new HQ

  • I think most people are waiting on the next deal from Nebula before making a decision.

    • +1

Nebula is usually much more expensive than techfast and BPC.
it's usually for better customer support, extra warranty, and better components.. but most of these aren't necessary at this price range and most probably won't affect performance.

      • Agreed…but still debating it!
(Also considering an Aftershock build, anyone have any experience or thoughts?)

  • +1

Just got an email saying my order has been shipped. Much faster than I expected. 👍

    • +1

Be keen to hear your thoughts when you receive it!

    • :D

  • +2

Update on my order: ordered late Friday with upgraded parts, today (Monday) I have already received emails saying the building and testing has been completed and it will be shipped soon.

    • You'll get it in time for Starfield :)

  • Dose it come with the
ASRock Radeon RX 6800 Challenger Pro OC 16GB Video Card ? Or something like this?
    Interested in getting this build.

  • I see some people are already getting theirs delivered, be interested to hear how it fairs for them.

For those thinking of buying, I asked support and they said they were unable to specify the exact motherboard you'll get if you upgrade to b550m, saying it depends on stock at the time. For the PSU upgrade, they said it would likely be an 850 watt FSP or the EVGA 850 GA 850W 80+ Gold modular PSU.

I'm thinking of getting it with the upgraded CPU (5700x), b550m motherboard, 850w PSU and 32gb ram, which takes it to $1,315. I want to slot in my current PC's Noctua NH-D15S CPU cooler + 500 GB SSD and two 1 TB SSDs, though am worried about the cooler fitting in the case and motherboard, since they don't actually specify what model you'll get.

If anyone had any thoughts or advice on this, would greatly appreciate it.

    • Thanks this helps. Presumably the b550m motherboard is the cheapest they have available which currently appears to be GIGABYTE B550M K AM4 Motherboard(rev. 1.0) based on Link.

  • I would like to provide an honest review based on my experience with BPC Technology. Despite initial reservations, shaped by past comments, I received my gaming desktop yesterday. The delivery took around six weeks due to the absence of a technician on site during the holidays and a shift to a new location in Mulgrave, Victoria.

The components within the PC were as specified in my order. I only wish they hadn't included so many foam blocks inside the PC, although this is a minor cosmetic issue. Overall, I would recommend BPC Technology, as they deliver on their promises. However, be prepared for potential delays, possibly adding a few extra days or weeks to your wait for delivery.

    • +2

Seems like they've got the delay issues sorted at the moment, it took 1 business day build and ship out the PC for me, getting delivered tomorrow.

      • That's very interesting. It took me 6 weeks lmao.

  • +3

Update, unfortunately after being happy and receiving this build incredibly quick. The PC does not power on, no lights, fans, nothing. Tried seeing if there were loose connections and resetting the CMOS, no luck (and yes the power switch is on)

    • That sucks but thanks for sharing. Will be interesting to see how the marketing person spins this. Between the other reviews and this there seems to be no checks on quality.

    • Hi there,

Would you mind sharing your order number with us?

      Sincerely,
      BPC Team

      • I have pmed you my order number,

        Thanks

      • +3

@BPC Technology Honest question. Do the systems get tested before they are sent (i.e. whilst I dont expect a full burn in are they at least turned on and components/temps checked in the bios? Given @Jty69er issues with it not even turning on this does not seem to be the case.

I have also read other reviews and another one that stands out was a cpu fan being plugged into a front fan header which led to obvious heating and throttling issues.

Was interested in buying this but it raises major concerns.

        • Honestly think it's the motherboard that's cooked - Gigabyte B550m K. Found there were a couple screws not screwed in to the standoffs, whether that played a role who knows..

          • @Jty69er: Ended up doing some test and a bloke that repairs PC's checked it and said the motherboard is definitely fried

          • @Jty69er: If the screws were rolling around they may have shorted the system.

            • @lucisvivae: Yeah it's unfortunate.. gives me an excuse to upgrade the motherboard I guess. I suppose the cheap ones don't have much protection for that stuff

        • +1

          Hi lucisvivae,

Generally, when a technician finishes the build, the team leader will come and help check if there is any physical issue.

And then, the technician will run Burnin Test to ensure all parts work correctly.

I've looked into that review, too; it's an old review from last year, I believe, and we asked the customer if he could provide us with his order number but haven't received any reply yet. And the sales team could not find the order based on the customer's description. There are a lot of negative reviews on Google that we cannot locate the order, and the reviewer doesn't reply to our message. That's why we turned to Trustpilot last year.

We totally understand your concern regarding the PC, but we are always here to help. In Jty69e's case, generally, we will issue the customer a return label to get the PC back. Once we receive the PC, we will test & swap the faulty parts for him and arrange the shipment again asap.

          Sincerely,
          BPC Team

We placed an order for this PC earlier this week and upgraded the CPU to the 5700, motherboard to B550M and RAM to 32 GB just to round things out and future proof the machine a bit. All told, it was $1236. They did bump the hard drive to a 1TB SSD as per the listing, and the build time was FAST. It was under 24 hours from when we placed the order to when it was ready for pick up at the Melbourne store. They threw in a wired keyboard/mouse gaming mouse set from HP, which was handy since we didn't have any sitting around to get through the OS install etc.

I'm typing up this review from the new machine and all seems well. My daughter is very pleased to own a gaming PC now and I can run my work software without the RAM tanking. Win win!

    • +2

      fake reviews live here too…

  • First time buyer at BPC. Upgraded the CPU, CPU cooler, MB, RAM, 1TB HD and a wifi card (wifi 6). Within 24 hours, I have an email saying "Parts Reserved". I too am very skeptical given the past reviews. I hope BPC prove those reviews wrong.

    • Sorry to hear about your experience, and I believe our support team is contacting you already.

And we will prove it :)

      Sincerely,
      BPC Team

      • Just a quick shout out to BPC. My system (with upgrades) was built and shipped within a week. No issues with the build quality and my interactions with the BPC rep on here has been nothing but stellar!

I also received an email from BPC with the Starfield Premium redemption code. Can't wait to play the game on the new rig!

        • Do you know the email address it came from? I ordered on the 31/7 and have all the invoice/we've sent your PC emails but cant find one for the game key and am wondering if it somehow got filtered.

(I did email support on Wednesday evening but I guess they've been busy).

  • +1

@sales rep I normally don't sign in but I signed in to ask, is this spec PC can be used to mine crypto coin like bitcoin or Etherium? how many are available and when will the promotion ends?

  • +1

I ordered this last weekend and received it on Friday. I'm quite happy with the build however people should note when upgrading to 32gb the ram is only 2400mhz rather than the 3200mhz originally advertised. I had assumed it would be the same speed. As for the mobo i upgraded they used the gigabyte b550m k for those interested.

    • +1

That's very sneaky and anyone would have thought that it'll be the same since it's an 'upgrade'. What models are the RAM upgrades for both RGB and non RGB version? I've sent them an equiry and still waiting for a reply.
Btw, did you opt for the priority shipping or the normal shipping?

      • Yea would like to know too as im planning to order the pc with the ram upgrade

      • Mine came with G skill Aegis 3200mhz. Have to enable XMP from the bios obviously to get the full 3200.

I'd be weary of the motherboard though, my motherboard came completely fried, so I replaced it myself, they did not install it properly

        • Maybe I have to enable XMP, I'll let you know if this fixes the issue I haven't bought a new PC for a long time. As for the motherboard mine seems to be working fine with all temps looking fine and running a few benchmarks everything was working as it should. Quite happy overall with mine it's actually the first computer I haven't had issues with straight out of the box.

      • +1

I'll let you know what RAM they gave me. I opted for normal Startrak shipping, was picked up Monday afternoon from Melbourne and arrived in QLD Friday midday.

  • +1

Looks like they've quietly bumped up the price from $979… might probably give this a miss and wait for a better offering, looking at the bad reviews..

  • Is MSI Mag Forge M100R still a better case than the CC360, was planning to upgrade the case but it seems they changed it and increased the price.

  • Looks like it's sold out.

  • +4

Hi @BPC Technology when will a similar specced deal be made again?
