Pizza Hut is giving away up to 171,200 large pizzas as part of their Pizza for Goals promotion during the FIFA Women's World Cup

From Friday 21st July to Monday 21st August daily - 4pm to 6pm AEST

Maximum of 200 pizza giveaways the day following each Goal awarded to any team including Australia
Maximum of 400 additional pizza giveaways the day following each Goal awarded to Australia
To verify the available prize pool each day for the Goal dependant release, Entrants should check Pizza Hut social media for verification of the total prize pool each day; Facebook (PizzaHut) or Instagram (@PizzaHutAU)
Penalty Shootout goals do not count towards the Goal dependant release as Penalty Shootout goals do not count towards a player's or team's tally
The Winning Entrant has 21 days from the date of issue or until 11th September 2023 23:59 hrs AEST (whichever is the earliest) to redeem the free large pizza voucher, via pick up only from the location specified by the Entrant on the website

    Hey guys just warning you about dodgy pizza hut customer service.

    Pizza hut website is absolutely trash, (happened with me third time, and gonna have same issue tomorrow too)

    Stores can change their operating times anytime.
    PIZZAHUT website doesn't update them ever. (Even google maps doesn't update time)

    What then happens, is you end up showing up at pizza hut and no one is there.

    Then you call pizza hut cs they do not do anything (their customer service is absolutely trash man)

    And store will just keep on delaying giving that order (especially the doggiest stores to my mind pt Adelaide comes on top of that list)

    To avoid this now, what you should do is
    1.do not ever go to dodgiest stores
    2.call store before placing order, ask them when they are open and closed because that is always incorrect honestly.
    3.Then place order for correct time.

    Do not ever rely on pizza hut website or google maps for store opening/closing. (Because stores randomly decide to change them, like for maintaining or another excuse). Also if you expect good customer service, you should just straight up avoid pizza hut (all of pizza hut's NOT STORE'S customer service is absolutely horrendous). In the case you actually paid for the order, your best friend is going to be your bank's visa/MasterCard chargeback option (in the case that store never answers your call, or refuse to refund or keeps delaying your replacement order each and every single time).

        Na, today was ordering at e.g. noon, and pizza hut website, & google maps both show store timing as opening at noon.
        But in reality store opening 1 hr later (every week on today). However luckily i did not order at a dodgy store.
        Thus, at REAL opening time, they answered and made pizza for me 1 hr or so later when opened. - This is a big pro, you avoid biggest hurdle by simply following dot point 1 above (do not ever go to dodgiest stores). If you end up ordering at a dodgy store, the main pizza hut (head office/non store pizza hut) will do absolutely nothing for you.

        So not that big of an hassle today ONLY BECAUSE STORE (or franchise) THEMSLEVES rectified it. The pizza hut (not store/not franchise) still drove me nutz, and their customer service or any help from them is basically non existing.

            those that do not answer phone, like never ever.
            those that keep saying if you want to order 1 on friday, then call us on friday instead of today (lets say today is like Thursday), and then do not pickup phone on friday at all.
            those who shut their store down for entire day for maintenance and not informed pizza hut before that day. (so customers able to place orders on a closed day)
            those that change their wording, (aka refuse that they ever said they would do this..)
            those that say if you ordered multiple pizzas on 1 day ( at different time) and store closed, all replacements must be done on same day, or same time. (it was multiple orders man, so why unable to split them at different days ? and transactions ? other than store's inconvenience)

            Already mentioned enough as an example dont think need to say more.

            Crazy to think that both google and pizza hut's own website is wrong.

            yes they were both wrong, store said they will let their area manager know to correct time, (and even added some extra topping on request as a good gesture). Will definitely keep going to same store if ever any pizza hut deal is on.
