Yep, std CX does NOT have ANC. I have them.
It gets mixed up every single time there's a post on one of these models.
Unless they meant (passive) "Noise Isolation", lots of people get this wrong too & call it Noise Cancelling (which it isn't).

Historically, I think the better deal was the CX Plus (with ANC) on Amazon & O/W for around the same as this deal. But a higher model.
These are perfectly fine headphones, but I found the controls annoying.

When you're just adjusting the headphones you wind up pressing the button by mistake and stopping the sound, and it could be difficult to get it back. I would prefer zero controls at all in the headphones themselves so I could touch them without worry.

1 click and you can DISABLE all of the controls.
Or; customise them so for example a Single Click has no function etc. Make them work the way you want.
80-90% of ear buds / IEM's have a companion app these days & changing the controls is one of the main basic functions….

I have a set of these and really enjoy them, noise cancelling is pretty good.
You get a pretty good fit when you push them in and twist them slightly.
