You're not supposed to use this on (active) acne, you use on scars or textures.

I don't have the same one as ops, but I do use a derma needling product and have noticed improvements in a shorter period of time, compared to just serums.
Any bargains though?
Also how can this increase product penetration by 100% when a certain amount penetrates without it? Seems like misleading advertising.
