Cheap DDR4 3200 RAM if you have an older PC. Also has heat spreaders for what it's worth. You can use Crucial’s memory checker to check compatibility with your motherboard.
Not the fastest at 22-22-22, but hey, more RAM is better than faster RAM ;) At least for my Ryzen Zen 3 based Unraid home server.

  I always heard someone says something like 4x8 is better than 2x16 etc, more slots is better. Is it true? I personally prefer less slots

    4 single rank 8GB > 2 single rank 16GB
    4 single rank 8GB = 2 dual rank 16GB

    The performance difference is usually unnoticeable though

        it also used to be 4x8 single rank > 2x16 dual rank on older mobos which is why you probably heard that often.

    2x16 dr prob easier to run than 4x8, same perf at same clocks tho

    For DDR4 not really makes a diff
    For DDR5 no - 2 is better
