Yes confusing. The title suggests it is 10% for first time user, but 10% again for subsequent purchases. Then the paragraph below contradicts the title.

My experience is 80% of the time the purchases don't track and you have to contact support to fix it. I've tried purchasing from PC, mobile browsers and Picodi's own app but it rarely tracks.

No idea if they're legit or not but it's very tempting considering how disapointing CR and SB's Amazon cashback offers have been.
Specially if you are trying to buy a big ticket item. Its always capped. I know the title says capped. But the website just says 10%

Had issues with this company on my first order with them/menulog. Followed all critiera and got rejected. Couldn't choose menulog as an option in their support. Eventually proved it was legit and they gave me my cashback. Never had any issue with any other cashback company but will be staying away from this one
Just got tracked, but for the wrong amount.
Besides that, what are people's experiences? I have never heard of them
