This was on my wishlist and has dropped 56%/50% due to Prime day. All time low was $15 back in 2021 but that's not happening again. Save a few bucks and wait an age for it to ship from Japan, or pay a few more to ship tomorrow from AU. Up to you which one is better…

The last time it was under $20 was at the end of 2022.

Please watch your fingers when using this!

JP PRICE GONE, ONLY AVAILABLE ON AU NOW

Should these go out of stock on Amazon, they're also available at Myer for $19.98 but no free shipping…

i love this 1 star review

'It nearly cut my finger tip off'
    "Avoid this thing.
It's very well designed and very sharp and efficient.

    It's just … Too dangerous."

  • Thanks. Always been terrified of lopping off a finger so love the price point and features ….

  • Now close to 20$

…Also with more sliced finger comments.

Some Joseph J. products are awesome, especially the premium feel of the materials, but some are really awful… ie, my citrus press

  • So is this good or not I don’t get it

I believe it’s a very dangerous musical instrument — pluck it incorrectly and you’re seriously plucked

I have visions of Jeremy Clarkson

    • Link?

      • It's from season 2 of Clarkson's Farm. He's cutting potatoes for cancerous chips and cuts the tip off his finger…

  • How does this compare to a mandolin with a kickstand? Does it wobble side to side if you're not holding it?

  • I have a mandolin already but can't find the gripper. Can I buy this separately

  • @lainey13 how does this compare to OXO one? Can you also pick a spiraliser for me?

Sorry, I accidentally bought this on JP so… it's going to take a few weeks for me to provide an actual review…
I was gifted this spiralizer a long time ago but I see there's many more out there today. If it helps, I never used the one I was gifted…. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!

Picked one up a few days ago before the sale started. Used it once to slice some veggies, it comes with a grip that can accomodate different size of vegetables. On top of that, there's 3 different 'thickness' level, at setting 0 the blade is flush and wouldn't cut anything. This combined with proper use of the grip, SHOULD avoid any accidental cuts but I've only had it for a couple days. It does nice even slices, faster than using a knife, and it's dishwasher safe so not much more cleaning. Overall, for 20 bucks I'd get it again, but not at full price. Tip: NEVER buy Joseph Joseph items at full price, it's always regularly on sale.

Joseph Joseph Duo Multi-Grip Mandoline $13.80 @ BigW

    • The one in the post has adjustable cutting widths and better reviews. But yes similar… you have inspired me to find other sites that are matching the price and I have added them into the post.

  • This is a 10/10 device noting that i am one of the “special” peeps that lopped off a good part of my right thumb. I would highly recommend you utilize the safety guard as it is correctly identifed as a risk in the manual and comes free of charge with the WMD.

  • ozzeedd?

  • Hmm, the mandolins I've seen in the past, and have, just have a spikey holder thing. The gripper type holder from this does actually seem rather useful if you were using smaller sized food.
