  Wouldn't really say it's a great deal, but it is $20 lower than the usual $599 price this TV sells at.

  The TV has regular drops to around the $600 mark either through coupons or them dropping the price themselves.

  Is the OS experience on this reliable? I have been previously burnt buying Chinese TV's. The OS, freezes stop's playing youtube randomly, not smooth, etc. Never had these problems on Samsung. I am not sure if other manufacturers have quality OS experience? Phillips have some TV's on prime day special, not sure if these are any good..

    Realistically, at this price point & size, probably not, hence better off having an external device for the cheaper TV's. One Eko Android 9 OS utilizes a Firestick 4K, my other Eko that runs LG OS is fine so no need for external device. My main 65in Sony X9000H runs Android OS flawlessly, but I do have a current model Nvidia Shield TV Pro as back up.
