Easy to pickup but damn hard to master - or maybe i just need to git gud.

Would recommend watching some vids on youtube. Certain Gods work better with different weapons.
I do like the crystal beams (Demeter) with crystal clarity (duo boon with Artemis).
Thought I wouldnt be into rogue-likes. This game changed that. So much replayability.
Highly recommend, awesome single player game with ~25 hours of solid content and ~75 extra hours of story content on top of that.
Definitely play with a controller though.
Yeah my first playthrough to the true ending was 100 hours and loved every minute. I've put a few dozen more hours on top of that. Worth full price, any discount is great imo
I only played this because it was free on Gamepass and now own it on Xbox and PC after it left GP.
Everything about this game is amazing. I wasn't prepared for how much I would enjoy the game play, how good the voice acting was, how good the story and epilogue were together and am super pumped that a second one is coming. Hope it lives up to the standard they have set.
The sound track is amazing too… in fact, I might crank it up now I have finished my morning meetings and torment the neighbours dog with my off key rendition of Good Riddance.
I agree, this quickly became one of my all time favourite games, and as soon as Hades II is out, even though I never pre-order anything, I'm more than happy to pre-order it on day 1!

Got to the final boss once after 30 runs. Geeze I suck.
That's a pretty good amount of time to get to the final boss! It's definitely a hard game to master, but the more you run it, the better you get and the more you can do! Keep at it!
