Which ISPs Connect Using IPoE?

I change ISPs quite regularly, chasing the best deals. Most ISPs seem to use PPPoE which requires a new username & password each time you change provider. My last two ISPs were/are AussieBB and Leaptel, who both use IPoE which makes the changeover seamless. Which other ISPs connect via IPoE?

Optus and AGL are IPoE

Telstra, Launtel and Superloop are using IPoE.
