EDIT Changed from 25.30 to 28.65 to 28.36 within a few hours. Still a good deal. The surcharge only applies if you use PayPal to pay. Some people have issues with PayPal so best option is to do card payment instead.

I saw this deal at Instant Gaming and it's probably the lowest priced I've seen for this amazing game for PC Steam.

They already have your credit card details so I don't think it can get any worse
Try your driver's license and blur everything literally everything except your name like they requested
Just to confirm, Is that instant gaming thinking your mode of payment/ account is fraud or is that steam saying your code is dodgy?
Code was issued then somehow made invalid by Instant Gaming. Initial error was returned by Steam. The support email above was when I questioned IG.
It was all sounding a bit dodgy so I cancelled the transaction and confirmed the funds would be refunded.
I then purchased it again using PayPal this time. Went through no problems. D/Ling now. Thanks again OP
@thebombout: That's very odd. I've bought from Instant Gaming many times before for other games in the past and never ran into any issues before. At least it's all sorted for you and working now.

Got this during the last sale, runs great on a high end gaming PC I bought ~3 years ago. Well worth at this price. But probably wont get the sequel on PC for another year or 2.
This was an absolutely fantastic game! Highly highly recommend.
Thought I didn't have this, but checked Epic and had already got it on that. So if you're unsure, check on Epic first before buying.
Did you buy it full priced on Epic? I'm pretty sure this game was never given away considering how recently it came out on PC?

How much is the PayPal surcharge? Is it normal for these kinds of websites to include a PayPal surcharge?
It's asking for my ID verification even when using my Paypal account… I've cancelled my purchase, will just have to wait for the next sale somewhere else
There's a few people having issues with PayPal. If you use a card payment method instead of PayPal, you won't have to pay any surcharges and won't need any ID verification. See if you're able to use your card details instead.
GMG were selling this for $24.73 on the 29th June so people who want to buy from a more legit key seller might wanna wait. I would've got it but I missed it.
