If you don't want/need the Steam DRM and you're fine with Epic or Rockstar, cheaper off GMG:

I've only played Online of this game, but I heard single player is good. Shame they neglected the online portion, such a pretty game.

  You're missing out! The campaign is very good, a bit slow at the start but it picks up quickly.
