Made some repayments to Centrelink using the $250 Coles Mastercard Giftcards but for some reason only one repayment showed up on the repayment history on the Centrelink.
I saved all my receipts at the time and called Centrelink for them to check my receipts only for them to give me completely different receipt numbers (1xxxxxxx instead of 2xxxxxxx) for all the repayments I had made. They told me they have no way for me to submit my receipts and get the repayment added back into their system. They suggested I follow up with my bank? but I don't see what the bank can do aside from chargeback.
Anyone experienced something like this and found a Centrelink department to talk to, to get transaction receipts honoured?
How long ago were the payments? Probably just need to wait for the payments to consolidate on their end.
