Does anyone know if the cashback is applicable if you use one of the codes in the 'For You' section?

  • +1

Server fee $4, delivery $5 plus menu price mark up. Options are limited

    • I just saw one of the conditions:
Cashback is only eligible for delivery orders

So, that alone means the service fees
and delivery fees will take up your cashback price.

  • Does it have to use westpac card?

  • I ordered $26 of food with $5 fees, $6 cash back. WTF? So cashback not on the fees?

    • I don't know what these "fees" constitute,
much like how we all pay "booking fees" for tickets somewhere,
…they're just designed to make money, without any value to the consumer.

    • - Cashback only eligible for Delivery orders
      - Cashback is calculated based on the Order Value, excluding any GST/Taxes, Delivery Fees, & any amount paid for with Gift Cards.
      - Excludes taxes, fees or additional extras

      • So cashback basically just paid for delivery then. Right.

        • Yes, which means Menulog want customers to keep
choosing "delivery", thereby keeping their drivers 'employed' and engaged with Menulog.

In a way, no delivery drivers = no Menulog.
