    I just saw one of the conditions:
    Cashback is only eligible for delivery orders

    So, that alone means the service fees
    and delivery fees will take up your cashback price.

    I don't know what these "fees" constitute,
    much like how we all pay "booking fees" for tickets somewhere,
    …they're just designed to make money, without any value to the consumer.

        Yes, which means Menulog want customers to keep
        choosing "delivery", thereby keeping their drivers 'employed' and engaged with Menulog.

        In a way, no delivery drivers = no Menulog.
