    Great specs incl graphics card
    Would wait for upsized cashback

At this price I'd be either wanting a better card than an MX550 or a much better display. Doesn't seem like a good deal

      • +4

Agreed. The MX550 and 45%NTSC are terrible. This system should be less than $900 to be considered a bargain since there have been other laptops with a GTX1650 or RTX3050 in the $1000-$1500 range.

        • Would there be a bdtter laptop you would suggest in this price range

          • @ozbargainerlife1: There are hold slew of End of Financial Year deals which I don't have time to sort through. However depending on your use case scenario if you wanted a better performing laptop I would suggest something like a Acer Nitro 5 with a RTX3050 or something similar which are going for around $1200.

Saying that though, if you wanted something more light weight with good battery life, I'd suggest a Macbook Air.

      • What card or display would you recommended. I nearly pulled the trigger thanks

        • For this price range for a windows laptop I would be looking for a RTX3050 which are often paired with a 144hz display. Albeit they won't have great colour accuracy either, but you should be looking for something with 72%NTSC at a minimum.

    This is not a deal.

  • This laptop is targeted at business customers who value light weight, quiet operation, stronger build quality and better warranty.
It's priced to those features. You definitely can get cheaper laptops with better specifications, but they won't value these business qualities as much.

    • Yes im looking for work as well but comments above suggest not more than $900

      • +1

I said it should be less than $900 to be considered a "bargain" for a laptop with these specs.

By all means you could still consider this laptop if is more suitable to your needs.

The E series in entry level ThinkPad. There are T series at this price point. This does not look like a deal at all with entry level specifications.

    • Any particular T series you would recommend at this price point?

  • Concluded Cost at Lenovo is $2,364.54 with below specs: Before I pull the trigger, need OZeebianz advice here if I can do any better then this?
