haha I can picture being half asleep at 6 in the morning and accidentally pouring yesterday's descaler residue into my coffee cup!
I wonder if this will work with Nespresso coffee makers
yeah I used it for my creatista pro
or just use white vinegar…
Agreed. We mix 1:10 ratio of white vinegar:water and it’s very effective and oh so cheap.
Use it to descale appliances and shower heads
Just don't boil the water, let it sit overnight.
Then rinse.

Adelaide?

I use a lemon in my kettle
So if anyone cares, these descalers are usually just 40% citric acid + 60% water nothing else.
You can go into the baking aisle of Woolies and grab pure citric acid powder instead, it will go further.
Also benefit of knowing that it's food safe citric acid + water you are mixing yourself
You can also get one like this from Coles (that has 2 uses) its around $5 mark too
Dont forget to label the kettle with a message if you are going to keep it after boiling
