Two bits of advice:
Bosses scale with each one that you beat and there is a degree of choice as to which order you choose to do them. Don't leave the tower boss long, it causes people trouble when scaled too high.
YouTube the long jump sequence. You need certain skills to do it, but there's no way you're working it out without being shown because it's so obtuse
