I've been with them over 1 year now and JUST EXTRA COVER which is $46 per MONTH for COUPLE. It was the lowest I could find a year ago but not sure if things have changed. I am honestly pleased cause you won't find it cheaper than this elsewhere for purely extra cover…
Processing time for claims are generally 3 days and I've claimed dental, physio, massage, etc not huge amount but it's 46 per month so I am not complaining.
Biggest feature I'd say is the live chat given that they are a relatively small insurance company.

I have the basic extras + ambulance with them. I only really use the dental, and since I have a dentist in the provider network it seems like it's saving me money vs paying out of pocket. Was the cheapest and best ambulance/extras package I could find. If you need optical it would be even better.
Not worth trying to game this offer. Looking at about $40/week for a young couple and have to stay with them for 90 days.
