PORTING YOUR EXISTING NUMBER TO BOOST:
You can request to port your number to Boost when activating the SIM. Before porting your number, contact your current service provider to confirm personal details. Make sure your Name and Date of Birth registered with the number are 100% correct, including spaces. Ask to update your details if anything is incorrect. Once confirmed, provide the exact same details to Boost to initiate the porting. Some carriers will send you an SMS to authorize the porting request, so make sure the current SIM is inserted until the service is disconnected. Telstra users need to contact Boost first before porting their number.

  • It's annoying that the full data has such an early activation date. My current boost sim runs out at the end of september, so if I get a new one to beat the price rise I end up losing two months worth from it, which will negate a lot of the savings.

          Do you have ANY reviews? Are you a drop shipper? Any reason why your ABN isn't on your website?

          You might want to answer the two purchasers, esp in regard to how long they should expect to wait before a purchase is confirmed ("We aim to process [my emphasis] the orders within 24- 48 hours after the cleared funds are received") and how long after that they should expect to receive the product. It would be helpful if this detail was in the deal description given the tight activation timeframe for the data boost.

            Sometimes order confirmation emails are delivered to spam/junk folders;
            Also, customers try to communicate here in oz Bargain, where we can not find any details linked to the customer's order. Instead, they should have sent an email or used the contact us form or messaged us on the provided contact number,
            We have no orders pending except today's orders.

              Agree BUT you should know that it is very common practice for all sorts of questions and issues to be raised on Ozb deals. If I was a business I'd make sure I checked the deal comments on a regular basis and responded as promptly as possible, even if it is just to say 'PM sent' or similar. Many do this as a matter of good customer relations and ime Ozbargainers greatly appreciate it. Saving a few $$$ is important but good, timely service is worth a mint.

      There is an email on our website. A contact number and a contact us form on our website.
      Did you have a chance to use that to contact us in any of those ways of communication?
      Here we can not find your details, i.e., name or email address etc.
      Also, please check your email spam/junk folders from when you placed the order. Sometimes emails land in those folders too.
      Please revert back to us so we can provide you with the tracking details of your order.
      There is no order which is paid pending with us.

  • Just a warning bought a $300 pack, ported number after 3 days sim is dead and need to wait 2-3 days for postage of a replacement. Pathetic customer service

  • Why not PB with OW. You would end up being cheaper on the cost of Sim + no delivery cost if you C&C. Also then you get hands on the Sim much quicker. Easy Win!
