Available for new members on new memberships. Must not have held ahm hospital and/or extras cover in the last 30 days from their cover start date (unless a dependant coming off a family cover or single parent family cover).

Must join and commence an eligible extras cover on direct debit on or before 30 June 2023.

Must maintain eligible extras cover continuously for 60 days from the cover start date to receive 6 weeks free. If you change to an ineligible cover during this period, 6 weeks free will not be issued.

They also have up to 12 weeks free on combined hospital & extras, but that's pretty common deal.
