I bought the 1st Generation for $75+ from you guys back during this deal.
    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/72459

Only received it on Tuesday morning after purchasing 10 weeks ago. Not sure if I'm justified by feeling a little annoyed that the next Gen is now being advertised for sale - not to mention almost $15 cheaper also.

Looks like a really good investment for anyone wanting a media player or even a cheap pc

    • Can something like this realistically play full-HD, though?

      • that video specifically (almost exclusively) answers that question…

to save you the immense hassle: yes.

      • Watch the Youtube and that's the first Generation Model I think.

  • Wow!
I didnt even know these existed

  • @GaelicAU
My story is exactly the same!
Lighttake is a joke! Took 11 Weeks to deliver my Mk802.
Serve's me right for buying crap, should of brought a quality media player.

Is it capable of running XBMC?

On a side note; Raspberry pi or this?

    • I have a pi and it's only kinda okay as an XBMC, the play back is good but the menus are slow. This has better specs with 1gb vs 256mb of ram and 1.xghz vs 700mhz also has wi-fi the pi doens't, but support is the real question, raspberry pi has a big scene about it. I am still wondering why I bought mine, I bought into the hype.
