Assume not stackable with YIPPEE10 code?

    • Would like to know this too!

    • Me too want to know.

    • Only codes eligible are SEOFY20 and SEOFY22

Can I use gift card? gift card payment is still eligible for cashback ?

    • +1

Yup, missed that and have added to the description :)

      • So part payment o snot allowed only the full payment?

    • No discounted gift cards currently though?

  • +1

Is $5 members plus monthly discount code eligible?

    • Or any unique code?

    • +1

Nope as they’re considered as a code at checkout

    • +1

Thanks, came to ask that. My eBay plus membership has been useless. The membership cost much more than the benefit 😢

    Westpac has given up?

  • +2

Everybody this is a good chance to buy that second hand 4k ‘32 monitor for something close to 150$

  • -2

What are people buying? Was hoping beer would be on sale but doesn't look like it

  • Does anyone know if you can use this offer more than once in two transactions on eBay?

    • +1

yes, but you'll still have the $20 cap per account.

      • +1

This is cap per transaction, not per account?

        • Whist the OP has noted "per transaction" in the heading, I can not see a reference to "per transaction" on the shopback page. In past offers the "cap" applies to the account, and defaults back to 2% after the $20 has been reached.

I am starting to give up on Shopback. They are the worst at tracking purchases - many of my cashbacks are still pending after months and months, even though I always use incognito window, no browser extension and fresh login. This never happens with Cashrewards or TopCashback.

Basically Shopback never works and is dodgy, whereas the others always work fine.

    • +5

      I have the same thoughts.

    • +4

same for me as well particularly bad tracking or no tracking at-all for amazon on shopback … and they don't respond to missing cashback status for months and months ….. i used to like shopback over cashreward but poor tracking of amazon and ebay as well.. !

    • +2

Not one of my 1500$ plus in shopback not tracked

Never had to lodge a claim

      I only use chrome

    • +5

Same. Their customer service also sucks, unhelpful, and full of fluff!

On the rare occasion that I need to contact Cash Rewards, they often add and approve my missing Cashback when I provide the invoice details.

Waiting for CR have some kind of cashback for eBay but seems not happening.

    • +5

SB's support via website is pretty bad. But GYB here does try to understand and fix issues. GYB is the only reason why I still use SB.

This is what i used to tell people as well, not just about shopback but cashback in general. Unless you actually keep track of every purchase you made that you are supposed to be getting cashback etc for months , majority of users will just assume they will get it and forget about it and never go back and take a look later on. Hence they may quite easily have actually not gotten it but had made a purchase thinking its a guarantee . Thats why i dont look at cashback the same as a direct discount / immediate discount. Its not as you need to keep track of it or chase up on it months later at times. And if you make many purchases with cashback, then good luck trying to keep track of every single one till the cashback is made.

    • One of my $600+ transaction was tracked but later invalid, when try to contact them they said no such transaction - even it shows up on my list, and ask did I follow bla bla bla, while same day same browser ebay did track my 5 cents. Happen on mostly $500+ transactions, would rather go in store pay cash for lower price than using cashback types of saving.

    • Why incognito window? I think this is your problem.

  • If someone sent me an offer or I sent an offer of what to pay, does this apply?
Items with Best Offer accepted prices and Auctions are NOT eligible for cashback

  • Finally bit the bullet to upgrade my HDD to SSD. Lets hope it tracks this time

  • how about if I'm buying with store specific discount like EXTRA AU $5 OFF 2+ ITEMS? its not a voucher or discount code. is this still eligible for cashback?

    • +1

This will work as you don't need to enter a coupon code for this discount.

  • Will this track it Safari redirects to the eBay App?

  • Is cashback eligible for preorder items?

  • Who does the best uncapped cashback rate for eBay AU?

  • +1

I noticed this in the terms on the Shopback page for this 10% deal when following the OPs link:
"Pay with your eligible linked Westpac card to earn bonus Cashback"

So does this mean you must pay with a Westpac card to get the 10%?

    • +1

No, the 10% is for everyone. Don't need a Westpac card.
Following OP's link, it says 2% bonus cashback with Westpac card

  • -1

Not as good as TopCashback offer of $10 off on ebay purchase.

  • -1

SB up your game, that's not good enough for EOFY sales, need more stackable challenges and bonus cashback to pull the trigger
    I will wait lol

  • +1

Has anyone's cash back track immediately?

    • Pending only

      • Hmm
Mine has not shown up yet

  • Can ebay plus members enjoy this perks?

  • +2

Thanks! Bought 3x Xiaomi 3H this morning, separate transactions, not yet tracked. Will update when it does.

with eb+ and SB should land around $197

  • Cashback Not Eligible for Charity and non-profit items

I assume this condition includes shops like the Salvos does it?
    https://www.ebay.com.au/str/salvosstores

Shame if so as I wanted to buy some items from their auctions today.

  • Sadly no deal on Amazon… But sure they will release Amazon deals as soon as I complete my Amazon order …. :(

    • Never complete your Amazon order without it then.

  • does this includes overseas items? say car PPF from the USA?

  • Anyone received tracking yet? I have bought earlier when the deal started and nothing so far.

    • +1

      Anyone received tracking yet?

Unlikely. In my experience it always seems to take around 19 hours.

    • I bought something (> $200) within the timeframe today,
and although the click-tracked, the shopping activity takes 24 - 48 hours to show up for me.

  • -2

I bought a $200 item during the 10% bonus hours but didn't even bother with shopback because its not worth the hassle because the tracking sucks.

  • +3

Bought a few PC parts in separate transactions. Just got Shopback notification that all were tracked and getting $56 cashback in total. Very pleased. Thanks OP

  • My ebay purchase still haven't track… I guess need to contact support in the need
