Does COTD get some benefit out of having stupid amounts of people hitting thier site, like advertising revenue or increasing the site value? These deals are surely not for customers, there has to be a reason behind it.

It appears that COTD keep sending me emails even though I cancelled my subscription the other day. I have tried to cancel it several times and it shows that I am not subscribed, yet they keep sending me emails. Anyone else having this problem? I think I will have to report them to ACCC tomorrow for their shonky selling practices and non solicitored emails.
