Kogan.com: How Do I Use Kogan Money Credit Card Installment Option during Checkout?

supposedly installment option is available if you have kogan money credit.

I have followed the instructions on this page (https://www.kogan.com/au/fixed-payment-options/?utm_source=k…) but I cannot get it to show up on —whatever— item I want to check out ($1K items and items sold by Kogan themselves)

I even got a confirmation from their customer service that the laptop I was looking at is eligible.

Any ideas? Thank you.
