Rep you should chat with the product development team and consider an alternative name for this

Sounds like a very unstable piece of furniture.

    Consider hyphenating over-chair?

Notice the NDIS badge on the product.

This is why the NDIS has blown out.
Both product and service providers are almost universally rorting the system by massively hiking their prices for NDIS clients.

The problem i usually have with products like these is the wheels and feet dont fit under most furniture.

This one is extra wide at 90cm between the legs so it would fit either side of a lot of recliners but not all - measure first.

Theres no measurement for the feet height but i doubt it will fit under most sofas or any that i have.

Its also very expensive. I would expect it to be very well made.

I have a couple of $50 desks that ive taken the wheels off and just slide on the feet. I have to use them sideways so no tilt. But a cheaper option if you need one. Similar to this https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/314129886302
    Theyve lasted many years.

  • let me know when it gets down to $120 + free delivery

Are you f_king kidding me? This is why we are seeing crack downs on NDIS funding. Sort your s_t out and stop ruining a good thing OP.

As someone who works for an NDIS provider this is infuriating to see and its part of the reason so many of our clients get denied funding they need, so you can sell a $100 table at a 3x mark up.

    • What? How does this business selling a table result in people getting their NDIS claim rejected?

      • +1

Gotta look at the bigger picture.. making a table up 3x the price it should be means excess NDIS spending, the NDIS spending has stuck out like a sore thumb for a while now and the government is cracking down hard, problem is that cracking down is in the form of denying NDIS claims rather than preventing providers from inflating prices on products like this. It goes beyond just items like this, from renovations to vehicles and wheelchairs, everything has been inflated astronomically since the NDIS came in because everyone wants a piece of the funding piggy.

        • -1

everyone wants a piece of the funding piggy.

Including the NDIS providers like the one you work for. They are not charities either.

          Should never have been privatised/outsourced.

          • @PainToad: Duh, but I’m not charging $300 for a chair desk.. strike a light…
