    This is direct from Amazon Japan so in the unlikely event you need warranty support, you need to contact Amazon Japan. I don't have any experience with Amazon Japan, only Amazon USA. For items directly purchased from Amazon USA, while Amazon USA is willing fund the return postage, I had to pay first and claim back from Amazon USA. On both occasions, I was worse off after the exchange rate conversion so I had to contact Amazon USA to sort that out. One of them was actually Amazon USA sent me the wrong item.

    I suggest you read the feedback comments on the Amazon AU site for the equivalent product. No need to filter on the number of stars, just read the comments regarding the 1TB ones.
