Top quality hiking boots. I have never seen cheaper these boots used to retain for $700. This is for all mountain hiking/ hunting. Not really for trails. Number of other deals on the website for Mens/ Womens.

Yes.
Anaconda normally has something pretty cheap.
Good quality, good price, but as with all outdoor gear, make sure they fit what you'll use them for.
I got these for < $99 when Mountain Designs shut their doors about 5 years and they've been way overkill for the kind of hiking we do (up to 10 hrs, no overnighters). They're extremely sturdy, but the tradeoff is that they're very heavy.
Dark Grey version $269.99 at Anaconda: https://www.anacondastores.com/footwear/mens-footwear/mens-m…
Edit: The cheaper dark grey one doesn't appear to have a "rubber toe rand" - I guess that means band:

It's fine but it's overkill. Each shoe weighs 700g
They're a heavy construction boots best suited to side cutting rocky terrain and carrying heavy packs, you will get unnecessarily fatigued feet and legs walking easy trails with a day pack, they're very stiff and unforgiving especially when not loaded up with weight.
I've had a pair for back country hunting and they did well, now I run Lowa Tibet's for the rough stuff and Scarpa Terras for easier day hikes.
Other than the way they measure the shoe sizes I can't see any difference between the mens and womens for this shoe.
Can't find any instore? Online only?
Hi OP,
