  Good deal, I got 3 single fans $20 a pop without the fan controller.

  Fan controller cost me $20-30 used/returned off Amazon.

      Fan controller is for RGB, no controller, no RGB.

      At least that's how I understand it, I never had the fans without the controller but I'm pretty sure I could have just plugged them into my Motherboard and they would have spun up just fine.
