Can This Be Installed in Australia? (Meross MRS100 Smart Shutter Switch)

I'm looking at making my roller shutters smart on the cheap.

Locally, I've found HPM sell a smart switch.

It goes for around $130.
I've found the Meross MRS100 going for $30

    Guess not. It needs RCM certification and this doesn't have it.

    Does anyone know of an alternative that doesn't cost too much?

    On the EESS website, it says that the HPM/Legrand "AWNVBLIWE" (white switch) is certified… (other colours also certified under same certification)

    Simples yes you can install the MRS100 in OZ. The MRS100 is not approved for OZ and no licensed sparky will install it as it is not approved for OZ. If the MRS100 catches fire and burns the house down you may have troubles with the insurance company if they figure out is not approved for OZ.
