I think there is misleading information about ShopBack Referral Earn More Bonus. The page and their terms and conditions didn't mention that there is a scratchy game card after I successfully refer 3 friends. From my understanding, the first 5 people who successfully referred 3 friends will get a $500 bonus.
In the last 2 days, I tried to complete my referral as soon as possible to get the bonus. It took a lot of time and effort but I only get a $5 bonus.
What is your opinion?
Clearly says "up to" and explains it all in the T&Cs

I fully support your right to be outraged at misinterpreted t&c's though.

No. After 3 successful referrals, the website gave a scratchy game card. I will never enter if I know there is a draw to win $500 after completing the challenge.

Hey there mate, this one is a chance to win that Up to $500 Cashback, having a look the terms don't list anywhere that the first 5 folks to redeem will receive the $500 Cashback, and refers to the fact that users who complete can win Up to that amount. Have let the team know the feedback to specifically include a "Chance to win Up to $500 Cashback" on anything similar to make that abundantly clear in future. If this was referring to a game of speed of sorts we'd definitely specifically mention in the terms that certain prizes are awarded to the first 5 to redeem. Cheers!
