  That's correct. PPS is an optional protocol in the PD spec.
  
  Depending on your device there's SFC - 25W and SFC 2.0 at 45W.

Was previously looking at this as a backup charger for my Dell laptop but the C port does not output >=30W. Would have been so good if it could.
