yeah I had some random crashes on my 6900XT (not even that new)
AMD, Intel or NVIDIA?
9900K, NVIDIA 3070ti, 32gb RAM. Massive frame rate issues making it impossible to play on my rig.
The last time I played about October last year I think there was a Nvidia driver issue where I had to rollback to previous driver because there were issues. On steam community page you will see similar stories.
Fallout 4 has an issue like this if you turn on weapon particles or something, on modern cards it will cause the game to crash, despite the game not being all that old. Easy to turn it off, just not well documented anywhere.

US only perhaps? Can't see Metro Last Light Complete on the steam store at all. Only the redux edition which is not free.
The complete edition was delisted long ago when the redux version replaced it. Suffice to say if the complete edition is the one which will go free they will temporarily add it back to the store for the event.
