The metal button
What does it do?
It doesn't seem to do anything on mine (2022 Silver Arrows eBike), and N Plus don't seem to know either.
Wiggles knows the answer.
redundant power switch that was present in earlier models

This is a brand name one. I was reluctant to use a generic no-name one.
Every time a car manufacturer puts out a bicycle it’s a premium price on a budget bike.

Perfect example. Kmart bike with brand stickers
what are you talking about??….this is the 'SS' version!!
That's one heavy bike.
PSA: never say this to your wife.
Loving my Formula E one, been daily it last few months, no issues. I added stem riser and got a more comfortable seat for it.
I noticed a USB port under the stem. If you hold up PAS button a light on display goes on showing light is on. So might find a USB light for it.
Which seat did you get? I just got an add on gel cushion from Anaconda, but would definitely look at a more comfy seat.

fat ass spec but no more butt hurt. I ride at a more upright position with the stem riser, seat seemed the best solution.
cheers will look at it instore, I also went with the riser as well, yet to try the handlebar grips to see if its any better but gel padded gloves have helped
Have a look at the Selle SMP TRK. I find this style more comfortable for road riding/commuting
Those getting a belt squeak. Put some silicone past on the sides of the belt. Its the belt side rubbing rear hub.
Did anyone buy a secondary charger? just wondering which one to buy on amazon
It's been a year on now, how is everyone going on the bike?
My sprag clutch failed meaning that the pedals and motor were not engaging. It’s a relatively minor thing but they didn’t want to fix it. No replacement bikes available so I was waiting for the new model. Gave up and got a refund.
Got a full refund on mine in March this year. Brought it to repair 5-6 times (lost count) in 1 year and with less than 1000km on the odometer, motor issues on top of motor issues, just ridicolous.
I was gutted because I really loved how it looked and how smooth the ride was, but soooo unreliable, I was dreading the time when the warranty would expire and I would have to basically bin it.
So brought it to their main office in Osborne Park (WA) and told them I didnt want it anymore, after some initial resistance they agreed to fully refund me and now Im so releieved it's out of my life.

Be careful to not order the normal set (you need a short one to suit the gear shift)
