It is for pick up only offer. You can get it delivered in $10 with coupon code 47462. You can also get Traditional Large Pizza in $6 (Pickup only with coupon code 06965) or $11 (Delivered with coupon code 42933)
does this mean order before 6pm or pick up before 6pm?

Works at Coogee, NSW. However I ordered 1 value and 1 traditional. Applied both 61368 and 06965, and 06965 turns both pizza to $6 (override the $5 value pizza coupon).
Doesn't work for me, but I suspect it is a regional thing. :(
