Long shot but who know, anyone know where I can source a large Stainless Steele Teppanyaki Griddle
that can sit on top of an induction cook top, it can be 80-90cm and sit over the whole cook top

They sound like a good idea but generate a ton of smoke that exceeds my exhaust fan.
I got semi commercial ducted exhaust fan, plus the stuff I cook don't generates a lot of smoke like this one here
Sounds like something that would have weird hotspots all over it due to different burner sizes
