someone should invent a ram slot like sdcard where we can easily upgrade.
of course secure it with small screw or something so wont accidentally pops out
Or maybe just stick to using ram sticks.
Aside from performance (and potential battery life) you lose very little with going for a refurb Laptop 3 or 4 and you can get those with 16GB for much less than this.
SL5 seems to only add Thunderbolt and other minor tweaks over the SL4.
$1700 for a Windows device with 8GB ram, I pity anybody who buys this.
Unfortunately the RAM isnt upgradeable in the Surface Laptop line and 8GB is on the low side for how RAM hungry things are getting these days.
