Free Beanie or Scarf with Every Order (Worth $40-$100) + $9.95 Delivery ($0 with $300 Order) @ Aklanda (Aust Merino Knitwear)

I needed a new beanie and came across this deal. I used it as a twofer for Australian merino wool beanies. Which I reckon is a deal. I know they're out of stock of the "snug" beanie in "wallaby" colour.

Nice to be able to support an Australian product - made, owned and sold in Australia.

I made a terrible error and didn't sign up to their mailing list so there may be further stackable discounts to be had.

Is advertised as a Mother's Day sale so have set the end date as Mother's Day.

As per banner at top of site page, "Simply add a scarf/beanie to your cart". I just added two beanies.

This is part of Mother's Day deals for 2023.

  • "average fibres diameter is 21.5 micrometers or less."

  • Thanks - was just thinking I needed a new beanie as my Aldi ski sale ones are falling apart (to be fair they are many many years old) and it was -1 last night. $25 per beanie for two seems pretty reasonable, I'll shove one over to the wife as a mothers day present (well, it probably wont arrive in time but its the thought that counts)

H & M have beanies on special often for a couple of bucks.

        Don't think they'd be…
premium quality 100% Australian merino wool that is bred specifically for the use in fine clothing, that is machine washable like these😉
Found their wool clothes were scratchy wool blends, but they're cheap!

Merino beanies may not suit everyone.
Have an Icebreaker merino wool beanie (1/2 price sale) for hiking in the mountains. But find it a bit scratchy when I sweat.

      • Pay couple of bucks?
        Free beanies are better…

Bunnings gave me a free Acrylic beanie with first c&c order - not comfortable, not worn. Given to charity.

Got comfy & colourful Nepalese made lambs wool beanies free ($20 when on clearance down from $50), with Kathmandu's regular $20 vouchers. Sent to local store free.
(Just received another "we miss you" $20 voucher!)

I have a big head so cheaper beanies dont stretch very much but natural/wool does.

        • Plus wool beanies shrink in hot clothes drier.
My merino beanie was little too big, so shrank it in the drier.

  • There seems to be a couple more scarfs/beanies available outside of the accessories page found via search. I assume they are also included but can't confirm. This is a good deal though.

  • They look great but $200+ for a sweater…I have small kids & am guaranteed to be spewed on / snot smeared within a week of owning one.
